Terms and conditions

When you order treatments on our website you will immediately receive an order confirmation in your email. The order is free of charge but terms of cancellation apply.

You will also receive a separate email within two working days confirming your treatment times and the price.

If you're not able to book earlier than 1–2 days before check-in, please make your reservation by phone. You are entitled to cancel your booking free of charge by 6 p.m. on the day before arrival (On weekends Sat-Sun only by phone). A fee will be charged if you fail to cancel or show up for your appointment. Groups are subject to separate terms.

In every event, the Seller maintains the ownership of the sold product or service until the Seller has received the purchase price, either normal price or possible campaign price, in full.
